Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to PetPic Studio credit purchases and image generation services, together with the Terms of Service.

Credits

Credits are used only for image generation in this service. Except where required by law, for duplicate charges, undelivered credits, or explicit promises on the purchase page, unused and used credits are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

Failed Generations

If a generation task is marked failed by the system, the credits actually deducted for that task are returned. A successful generation that does not match personal taste or expectations is not an automatic refund reason. Contact us if you believe there was a service error.

Legal Consumer Rights

This policy does not exclude or limit withdrawal rights, statutory guarantees, repair, re-performance, price reduction, or refund rights you may have under local law. Where law requires a refund, we will process it accordingly.

Request a Refund

Email your order number, issue description, and relevant screenshots from your account email to support@favslab.com. Approved refunds are usually processed to the original payment method; arrival time depends on the payment provider and card issuer.
