Acceptable Use Policy

PetPic Studio is for creating pet portraits from pet photos and preset templates. You must use the service lawfully, safely, and only for content you have the right to upload and process.

1. Adult, NSFW, and Sexual Content

You may not generate, request, upload, store, or distribute adult, NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, nude, erotic, or sexually oriented content of any kind, including AI-generated content. Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, and sexual exploitation are strictly prohibited.

2. Face-Swap, Deepfake, and Identity Misuse

You may not use PetPic Studio for face-swap, deepfake, face-manipulation, deceptive identity, or human likeness manipulation workflows of any kind. The service is intended for pet photos, not human identity or likeness alteration.

3. Other Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the service to create, upload, or distribute content or activity that:

• is illegal, fraudulent, harassing, threatening, hateful, exploitative, or abusive;
• infringes privacy, likeness, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• promotes weapons, drugs, gambling, regulated goods, or other age-restricted activity;
• contains malware, attempts to bypass security controls, or interferes with the service;
• misrepresents affiliation, endorsement, results, ownership, or permissions.

4. Enforcement

We may reject generation requests, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we reasonably believe this policy, our Terms of Service, third-party rights, or applicable law have been violated.
